Head of Finance

Harris Hill are currently working with a great charity based in London, SE11 to help secure a Head of Finance on a 6 month fixed term contract, paying up to 60k. The purpose of the role is to provide support to the Director of Finance in the delivery of high quality financial management, information and service to the organisation.

The key responsibilities of the role include:

To support the Director of Finance & Commercial in ensuring strategic and corporate objectives are implemented for all aspects of financial performance
To assist the annual budgeting process
To support the commercial reviews of existing services and recommend options for improvements

The key skills and experiences include:

Business planning, budgeting, financial and working capital monitoring
Lead and hands on delivery of the audit process
An understanding of legislation relevant to finance and especially the charity sector
Experience in project accounting
