Prospectus is delighted to be working once again with London's Air Ambulance, the charity providing advanced trauma car across the capital. They operate a helicopter and a rapid response vehicle 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, carrying out critical care procedures at the scene of an accident. A global leader of rapid response and critical care, their work ensures that seriously injured people receive urgent treatment immediately. They are now looking for a Face to Face Fundraising Coordinator to join the team.

This is a broad and varied role, with responsibility for ensuring the smooth running of the Face to Face Fundraising department. Working closely with the Face to Face Fundraising Manager, you will support with the recruitment and management of the in-house team of Face to Face Fundraisers, as well as cultivating great relationships with agency partners. A key part of this role will involve the coordination of logistics related to the booking of Fundraising venues, alongside other administrative duties such as dealing with invoices and producing accurate reports.

London's Air Ambulance is looking for a tenacious individual, with the ability to work autonomously. With great communication and customer service skills, you will enjoy building partnerships with external stakeholders. Most importantly, you will be a calm problem-solve with a solutions-focused approach and a particular ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
