You will be able to work at a high level both within their organisation and with their charity and corporate partners, have a flexible approach to work and a willingness to work irregular hours, and be prepared to travel away from home on occasion to meet operational needs. Above all, you will have an interest in changing young people’s lives for the better.
If you have the experience, energy and enthusiasm to help them ensure that every young person is a positive force for change in their own life, and the lives of others, they look forward to receiving your application.
