Residential Support Worker 

Our client is a recognised specialist provider of residential services for children, young people and adults, who have a range of identified complex and challenging needs such as: Mental Health Issues, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Learning Disabilities, Emotional Behavioural Difficulties and other health needs.

Position: Residential Worker 
Location: Coventry 
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent 
Hours: 40 hours per week 
Salary: £9:05-£9.60 per hour, dependent on experience and qualifications.

About the role: 

As a Residential Worker you should be highly motivated and have a genuine interest in caring for young people in a residential setting. 

Our client will support you to learn new skills and professionally developing within the organisation. 

You will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team including clinical staff such as psychiatrists and psychologists in order to achieve positive outcomes for young people. 

As a key worker you will have the opportunity to support the progress and development of the young person assigned to you and take a key roles in improving their life chances. 

About you: 

You will have experience of supporting children or young adults in a similar environment. It is desirable for the applicant to hold the relevant Diploma 3 qualification in Health and Social Care, however applicants without this qualification can also be considered. 

You may have experience of the following: Residential Worker, Support Worker, Care Staff, Young People, Voluntary Sector, Residential Care Worker, Community Development, Challenging Behaviour, Social Care Worker, Community Services, NHS Support Worker, Care Assistant, Senior Support Worker, Healthcare Assistant etc
