Community Fundraising Manager - South West

We are working with a well known humanitarian aid charity who are looking for a Community Fundraising Manager to cover (and be based in) the South West of England. You will manage the community fundraisers and be motivated to increase support/income.

Duties and responsibilities include:

-Work with community fundraisers to continuously improve and grow income
-Support and train fundraisers to ensure delivery of income targets
-Manage and deliver against internal stakeholders' expectations meeting Fundraising teams' marketing data related needs
- Responsible for ensuring fundraising practice is carried out within legal guidelines
- Ensure that all fundraising opportunities are identified and maximised and drive the fundraising in each area for development and growth including the number of fundraising volunteers
- Manage the different supporter journeys and any potential crossover of marketing activity

Skills and experience needed:

-Experience building relationships with fundraisers, volunteers and stakeholders
-Experienced using marketing tools and databases
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Project management experience
- A background working in charity
