Job Details
This international membership organisation are looking for a communications professional to come and join their team until July 2019. Within this roil you will be providing support to the alumni engagement team during an anniversary year of one of their key programmes. You will take day-to-day responsibility for the maintenance and development of the website, design, produce and distribute of material in digital and print formats and also oversee the creation of e-newsletters. Reporting into the Senior Communications Officer, you will be providing wider admin assistance to the team and also ensuring that their database is kept up to date at all times. You will also be assisting with events, including face to face engagement with key stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will:
- Be an experienced communications professional
- Have an up to date knowledge of digital software, such as CRM systems, CMS, social media management tools, Adobe creative suite
- Have experience in face to face stakeholder engagement
- Have admin experience
