Unicef ensures more of the world’s children are vaccinated, educated and protected than any other organisation. We have done more to influence laws and policies to help protect children than anyone else. We get things done. And we’re not going to stop until the world is a safe place for all our children.

The Strategy, Knowledge and Innovation function at Unicef UK brings together all our resources to help drive growth and success across the organisation. Within this function, the Senior Digital Analyst is part of the Knowledge team which works with leaders across the organisation to ensure insight sits at the heart of our strategy, the decisions we make and the initiatives we deliver: bringing the outside into the organisation.

As Senior Digital Analyst, you will champion an evidence-based decision making culture and operate a consultancy-style approach. You will manage digital projects and work with the Analysis manager to deliver a data-driven culture. Day-to-day, your work will span digital transformation and analytics, but you will also work with colleagues to review and recommend improvements to how we review, define and manage data.

To succeed in this role, you will have significant experience of digital analytics tools and APIs such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager. You will have experience of measuring the performance of digital campaigns, as well as a good knowledge of data pipelines. You will be a confident facilitator, able to explain complex problems simply and support colleagues to develop their digital skills, and you will have excellent communication skills in order to tailor how you deliver insights and findings to different levels of the business and non-technical colleagues.

This is a fantastic opportunity to drive new ways of working, as well as data practices for digital analytics at Unicef UK.

Act now and visit www.unicef.org.uk/jobs to apply online.

Closing date: 5pm, Wednesday 29 August 2018. Interview date: Tuesday, 11 September 2018.

This role is currently based in Farringdon. From late August 2018, Unicef UK will relocate to Stratford (zone 2). Our new offices will be close to the new Crossrail station and the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. Stratford is also served by the Jubilee and Central Lines, DLR, London Overground, TFL Rail and National Rail services.

We welcome applications from a diverse range of people, respecting and drawing on different perspectives, skills, experience and knowledge.

The successful candidate will be required to apply for a criminal records check. A criminal record will not necessarily bar you from working with us. This will depend on the nature of the role and the circumstances of your offences.

We only accept online applications as this saves us money, making more funds available for us to help ensure children’s rights.

If you require support in completing the online form or an application form in an alternative format, please contact Supporter Care on 0300 330 5580 during office hours.

If you do not hear from us within 14 days of the closing date, please assume your application has been unsuccessful on this occasion. Please note that we only provide feedback to shortlisted candidates.
