Corporate Partnerships Senior Manager

Our client is the UK’s largest provider of specialist services for victims of all forms of gender-based violence (domestic, sexual, so called ‘honour’ violence, trafficking, prostitution, forced marriage, stalking and FGM). Every day they support over 6,000 women and children in their national network of services. These include Independent Domestic, Sexual and Gender-based Violence Advocacy services (IDVAs / ISVAs and IGVAs), community outreach, specialist refuge accommodation, sanctuary services and culturally-specific services and the Freephone 24 Hour National Domestic Violence Helpline (run in partnership between our client and Women’s Aid). They advise Government and lobby hard to keep violence against women and girls high on the public agenda. They run award-winning prevention and public education campaigns, managing a busy press office and website, and they are an accredited training provider. The organisation gives a voice to the voiceless.

Location: Head Office, London
Job Type: Full Time, Fixed Term Contract Maternity Cover
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £47,287 to £52,541 (Band 1)

About the role:

This is an extremely exciting time for an experienced Corporate Partnerships Manager to join the innovative, passionate and dynamic fundraising team at the organisation and make a mark in the women’s sector.

This pivotal role will develop and implement our client’s corporate partnership strategy, securing new high value corporate relationships. You will prepare and deliver tailored, powerful and compelling proposals to win new business from corporate prospects and inspire long-term relationships.

About you:

You will need to have proven experience of identifying and securing corporate partnerships with ambitious six figure and above income targets. You will have outstanding inter-personal and organisational skills.

You will have demonstrable experience of successful proposal writing and pitch delivery and will be confident working in a busy office environment, managing a range of tasks. You will be an energetic, highly motivated individual with a passion for the organisation’s work.
