Operations Manager (Trading / Fundraising) 

Today, 11 children and young people in the UK hear the shocking news they have cancer. Our client is the UK’s leading cancer charity for children and young people, and their families, and provides them with clinical, practical, emotional and financial support. You can be a part of helping them cope with cancer and get the most out of life. 

Position: Trading Operations Manager 
Location: Homebased- covering Cornwall, Devon, Hampshire & Somerset 
Job Type: Full time, Permeant 
Hours: 35 hours per week 
Salary: £29.360.70

It is an exciting time in their Trading Operation and they are looking for a unique individual who can lead, motivate and engage the Trading Operational team to deliver a market leading chain of charity shops. You will deliver this through exceptional standards, service and operational execution as well as the development and implementation of area and shop plans to successfully deliver growth in income and engagement in line with national strategies. 

In addition, in line with their 'One Team' value, you will lead a team that works across fundraising to engage and steward fundraising supporters in their communities in order to maximise value, retention and engagement with our client. 

You will be directly responsible for a combined income generation budget of £2,270k and expenditure budget of £1,890k through the delivery of all budgets relating to the principle responsibilities.
