  • Monitor and report on web analytics for the About Cancer section of the CRUK website
  • Contribute to the development of the way analytics are used in Health and Patient info, providing insights to improve website performance
  • Upload new information to the website and update internal database accordingly

Why this role?

You will have the opportunity to work with the Health Information and Patient Information team who produce the content for the About Cancer section of the website. You will be helping people get the information they need. You will deal with colleagues within the team and from the Technology directorate to help manage the team's workload, provide insights and ensure prompt delivery of work.

  • Familiarity with a wide range of web analytics and tools, including advanced understanding and experience of using Google Analytics
  • Ability to analyse multiple data sources and draw out key trends and highlights
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Problem solving skills
  • Good keyboard skills and familiarity with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and database packages

You'll need the ability to collaborate with others and build relationships across the team. You'll also need to work in a methodical and organised way and be prepared to receive regular instruction and then work independently, using your own initiative.
