Job Details

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Content Producer to join our award-winning content team. If you love working with content in all its forms, then this could be the ideal role for you.

In this role you'll manage content on heart conditions, tests and treatments, developing further content on a range of areas including lifestyle and emotional wellbeing. This will also include creating, promoting and updating content across multiple platforms including print, digital, mobile and multimedia (including animations, videos and tools).

Working with colleagues in the digital, brand, clinical and social media teams, you'll ensure that content reaches the maximum potential target audience, and repurpose content to ensure that it reaches maximum audiences across channels.

About you

You'll be creative and driven, with previous experience producing content for print and online. You'll come up with ideas for multimedia content, such as videos, animations and interactive tools, that meets the needs of people with heart and circulatory diseases, and be able to manage these projects from the outset through to completion.

Familiar with online content management systems and enjoying creating web pages you will have excellent attention to detail. A demonstrable understanding of the many ways content can be used to challenge and support people to make real change to their lives is also required.

You'll have strong editorial skills, including copy-editing experience and writing for a lay audience. You will enjoy working in a tight-knit team and with strong communication skills will have experience managing stakeholder expectations.

Experienced at managing numerous tasks and projects with competing deadlines, you'll be able to prioritise and manage your own workload ensuring that key deadlines are met.

You'll bring dynamism, drive and creativity to create search engine optimised, engaging pages that showcase our content at its best, and create onward journeys to related material from the broader BHF.
