Salary: Circa £30,000 p.a. incl. London Weighting + excellent benefits

Are you a self-motivated and sharp minded individual with experience of process development and high value supporter engagement that can help us beat cancer sooner?

We are looking for a driven individual to...

  • Build and maintain excellent knowledge of the Legacy and Philanthropy teams
  • Champion the integrity of data management between departments and work closely with our internal GDPR team to ensure processes are compliant
  • Collaborate with our Data Analysts to produce regular reporting for our High Value Legacies team
  • Deliver and develop creative ways to recognise the generosity of our High Value Legacy donors
  • Establish a key role in the development of processes, guides and better ways of working within the Legacy Supporter Engagement and Planned Giving Philanthropy team.

Now we need a Senior Legacy Operations Executive to provide outstanding support to our Supporter Engagement and Planned Giving Philanthropy teams. You will be required to support the development and implementation of outstanding supporter experiences to all of our high value legacy supporters and support the Operations Manager with development of processes within the Supporter Engagement team.

The Legacy Supporter Engagement team are a dynamic group of high performing, supporter led market experts in the field of legacy fundraising, responsible for cultivating and developing cherished, long-term relationships with new and existing supporters. This comes in the form of inspirational events, personalised stewardship and regional awareness through their community presence across the UK, all with the aim to highlight the importance and benefits of Legacy giving to Cancer Research UK.

  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage your own workload effectively
  • Strong IT skills, including the use of CRM databases
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with a wide array of stakeholders
  • Understanding of fundraising pipelines
  • Familiarity of GDPR
  • Demonstrable problem-solving skills.
