A fantastic opportunity has arisen within a dynamic and influential charity that supports schools in starting, expanding and optimising their breakfast provision with the aim that no child is too hungry to learn.

This role is to ensure that we maximise our impact in schools and keep our programme delivery on track by collating and analysing meaningful data from a wide range of sources to inform our decisions, demonstrate our impact and influence others.

The key responsibilities of this role are to:

·         To develop a clear understanding of what we need to know and where to find this out while taking into consideration stakeholders needs – making sure processes are simple, transparent and non-bureaucratic.

·         To define and co-ordinate stakeholder reporting, ensuring that it is timely, accurate and can be used to make smart decisions.

·          Support Policy and campaign work of the charity and feed into the case for change, outlining the relevant impact of the charity and setting up relevant impact measurement to meet future strategic needs and spreading these findings

·         Provide accurate, relevant and comprehensible data that is both qualitative and quantitative from a range of robust sources

·         To be responsible for the charity’s annual report, and to oversee the full process ensuring the information is gathered appropriately and accurately, engaging with all stakeholders and disseminated appropriately.

·         Support all teams with their reporting requirements, including creating bespoke measuring and reporting for the fundraising and communications team.

·         Working with the wider charity sector to share knowledge and learning including giving presentations, attending meetings and round tables.

The successful candidate will have a number of skills ranging from Programme Management and Data Analysis, to team working skills. They will have excellent experience of using Excel, MS Office, Snap software and CRM systems (Salesforce experience essential).
