Financial Accountant

Are you an experienced accountant who is looking to be a part of a world leading organisation?

We at Harris Hill Finance are looking for an experienced financial accountant who will take the lead in making sure all accounts and cashbooks are kept up to date & accurate. You will be reasonable for working closely with key business partners and senior management to deliver accounts accurately and on time.

If you are adaptable and you have 'the knack' when it comes to explaining and discussing complicated financial information with your non-finance colleagues then this could be the role for you. Even though the finance team is small your impact across the organisation will be substantial.

Main Responsibilities

- Financial Accounts and Reporting
- Business Partnering
- Sales invoices
- Credit Control
- Financial Analysis
- Monitoring Special Projects

You will:

- Provide financial analysis and support to senior management

- Assist in identifying, implementing and processing change to improve efficiency

- Monitor cash levels and produce forecasts

- Control the finances on Special Projects 

- Processing Gift Aid claims

Essential Qualifications and Experience:
Part-qualified accountant
Experience of working closely with senior management
Leading and working with small teams

Essential qualities
Strong interpersonal skills
Strong communication skills at all levels
The proven ability to communicate with both financial and non-financial staff
Advanced Excel skills
Experience of working for a UK based charity/non-profit
