We are seeking a talented Grants Manager to join our busy Research Funds Team and support the Joint Heads of Research Funds in implementing British Heart Foundation's (BHF) research funding strategy. You'll have key responsibility for managing specific committees and all grant applications and awards associated with those committees, whilst assisting the wider team, covering the work of other Grants Managers in relation to all committees when required.

You will also play a key role in the implementation of a new Grants Management System, which will allow us to provide an even better level of service.

About you

You'll ideally be in a similar role for a grant awarding charity or not-for-profit organisation. You'll be a highly organised line manager and team player, with the ability to problem solve, use financial and budget information and communicate effectively to all levels of the organisation.

Able to build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, you'll be a strong leader, be customer focused and have a professional approach to work, managing deadlines and prioritising effectively.
