Job title: NTD Operations Dept. Coordinator
Sightsavers are pleased to offer this exciting new role that focuses on providing support for internal programme communication and coordination, basic financial and diary management, travel arrangements, meeting support and other administrative duties.
The post will be responsible for developing programme, partner and internal Sightsavers communications, as well as organising meetings and co-ordinating the agendas and minutes for all relevant programmes. Other duties include supporting the NTDs team with diary management, travel requirements, co-ordinating admin work between different NTD projects and general administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working for an International Development organisation in an administrative capacity, understand the issues involved with the management and administration of a diverse and high travel department and a background in working for more than one senior manager.
