About the role

The British Heart Foundation (BHF) is looking for an experienced Senior Fullstack Developer to direct, lead and develop the delivery of our total end-to-end engineering output, leading on the design of solutions across technologies including .NET, Python, JS, Java, PHP, SQL as well as take overall accountability for the quality of code outputs from the team.

We have a huge ambition to continue the teams development and you would be integral part of the team to achieve our ambitions. Working closely with the team and wider colleagues across the business you'll take requirements into sizing, scoping, design and delivery.

About you

The successful candidate will be degree qualified in a technology, computing or related discipline or have significant relevant industry experience and be a Certified .NET developer. You'll have strong communication skills and be able to develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, quickly and smoothly.

With excellent technical knowledge of C#, HTML, CSS, ASP.NET, SQL, MVC, Angular, Bootstrap, Object Oriented Javascript, Node.JS, jQuery (and related frameworks), Gulp & Grunt you'll be able to effectively articulate complex concepts to less technical colleagues.

Being positive, energetic and able to keep the big picture in mind you'll be able to work in a team but be confident enough to take responsibility for issues and activities, demonstrating excellent follow up and attention to detail.
