Description

• The Marketing Manager will be focused on identifying opportunities to create awareness of one certain project with young people in the UK and other developed markets and their influencers and with potential volunteer managers who are over 25 years.
  
• You will manage three direct reports.
  
  

• Oversee the gathering of insights on youth audiences, market trends, opportunities and threats
• Development and articulation of the Charity's Expedition youth volunteer marketing strategy for both UK and international audiences.

• Engage young people in the design and delivery of the volunteer journey and marketing activity.

Your aim is to inspire potential volunteers at both the brand level and the programme level so that they have a strong desire to get involved with the Charity. The role is responsible for the articulation, implementation and monitoring of the marketing strategy for UK and international youth volunteers and volunteer managers.

Profile

• Evidence of developing and implementing marketing strategies, campaigns and activity, underpinned by strong market and internal data analysis

• Evidence of working with segmentation tools to identify target audiences

• Experience of reporting on marketing effectiveness via a variety of sources

• Track record in analysing data to identify and monitor trends

• Up to date knowledge and usage of a variety of social media and digital marketing platforms

• Track record in developing creative marketing campaigns, activity and content

• Experience of briefing in external marketing agencies and holding them to account

• Evidence of contributing to market research projects and brand campaign design and implementation
