Are you looking for an opportunity to contribute to the delivery of talent and celebrity support and creation of new opportunities to engage talent and celebrities that adds value to a well-loved children's charity?

You will have experience of working with celebrities and identifying and developing opportunities for them to add value and impact to the work of the charity. You will have excellent communication skills and be highly organised with exceptional attention to detail. You will be comfortable in pitching to talent (and their management teams) presenting them with opportunities to support the children's charity.

Key responsibilities will include:

- To contribute to functional/divisional objectives through the delivery of talent and celebrity support and creation of new opportunities to engage talent and celebrities that adds value to the organisation.
- With your line manager to devise, agree and deliver specific aspects of the Talent and Celebrity Strategy to meet the needs of the charity.
- To work with your manager to develop the prospect talent and celebrity pipeline enabling us to have an active and warm talent and celebrity pool to
work with.
- To conduct regular research on potential new talent and celebrity supporters and existing supporters and be proactive in spotting and seizing opportunities to engage new and existing talent and celebrities particularly with those celebrities of the moment and up and coming talent.


In order to apply for this role, you will have experience of;

- Proven experience of working with high profile talent and celebrities
- In-depth knowledge of the talent and celebrity arena such as The Arts, Television, Sport, Music & Film
- Proven experience of developing new and existing relationships with talent, celebrities and their agents/managers/publicists to add value to an
organisation and in line with the Strategy's terms of reference for each celebrity.
- Experience of identifying suitable supporters (and their audiences) for projects and then identifying how that support can be used to maximise the benefit to
the organisation whilst minimising the contribution from the celebrity
- Experience of delivering against specific areas of a strategy and associated annual business plan and budget.
- Contacts within the industry which will be beneficial to your role within the Talent and Celebrity Partnerships team.
