Senior Supporter Retention and Development Officer
3 days in London OR at home, with 2 days in Watford

Harris Hill are working with a UK focused children's charity who are eager to maximise the lifetime value of supporters by designing and delivering supporter retention activity that engages and educates supporters about the charity and highlight the essential role that they play in achieving the organisations shared objectives.

Your role will work collaboratively with fundraising teams to establish lifetime value, maximising supporter journeys by developing and maintaining a framework in which all donors are stewarded effectively. You will lead a wide range of fundraising activities across different channels. Including digital fundraising, direct mail, telephone campaigns, SMS and email. You will assist in the design, production and delivery of all Direct Marketing (DM) activity, to include pre-campaign specification, campaign briefings, agency management, copywriting and editing.

In order to apply for this role you will have the following experience:

- Degree or further education equivalent, and/or Professional qualification e.g. Diploma in Fundraising Management, or willingness to work towards one.
- Previous experience in similar role
- Experience producing direct marketing material.
- Good experience of managing multiple major suppliers and contract relationships including: fulfilment agencies, telemarketing agencies, creative agencies, print suppliers, media buyers, and data analysts.
- Experience of running direct marketing campaigns, not just producing but planning the whole campaign.
- Previous experience working in a charity or similar environment is desirable.
