Job Title: Contract and Operations Manager
Hours: Full Time/Permanent
Salary: £40K
Location: Norwich
We are working in partnership with Victim Support, an independent charity for people affected by crime in England and Wales. The charity works towards a world where people affected by crime or traumatic events get the support they need and respect they deserve.
The charity is now seeking to appoint a Contract and Operations Manager, which is an exciting opportunity to lead the Norfolk & Suffolk Care Service.
Victim Support is in the early stages of delivering an innovative new service model to support victims of crime in Norfolk and Suffolk. The charity is now seeking a senior manager to lead and oversee the delivery of this service along with specialist support services across the same area. You will be part of the senior regional management team, with responsibility for leading the designated area strategically and operationally. The successful individual will demonstrate:
- Experience of operating at a senior management level
- Experience of service development
- Experience of delivering winning tenders through competitive procurement processes
- Strong track record of delivering services in a complex, customer focused organisation
- Ability to develop services with contract partners
- Experience of implementing change programmes or projects
- Budgets and financial control
- Knowledge of the legal, regulatory, ethical and social requirements relevant to a national charity
- Experience of planning and working strategically.
