A wonderful health organisation based in Clapham is looking for a Database Assistant to support their Supporter Care Team. This role will be on an ongoing temporary basis to support a busy period within the organisation.

Please note that my client is looking for a candidate that is available immediately.

Key Responsibilities of the role include:

• Assist the Supporter Care Team with a range of database responsibilities
• Updating information on the Raiser's Edge database
• Managing all mailing returns
• Other ad hoc duties

Skills and Experience required:

• Extensive experience of using a CRM database such as Raiser's Edge or Salesforce
• Experience of working within or alongside a non-profits' Supporter Care Team
• A strong knowledge and understanding of Supporter Care
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
