Our client’s charitable mission of changing places and changing lives has never been more important.  More people in more places are in need of practical support to improve their prospects and their quality of life.

They are building on a 35-year track record of success – working locally and nationally to transform lives in local communities - but know they can’t stand still.  In order to ensure that more people in more places have access to the skills and support they can provide they need to change the way they work.

They have agreed the framework of a transformation plan aimed at improving their resilience and their ability to diversify their income base.  They are now seeking a dynamic individual to push their programme to a conclusion.

You will have confidence and credibility but will be committed to a consensual approach to change that this charity's federal structure demands.  You will have a strategic approach but also the knowledge, networks and experience to help deliver the detail.
