Graduate Programme Recruitment Manager
Our client is one of the leading learning disability charities in the country, providing support for 3,000 people and employing around 3000 staff. They recognise and champion excellent support, whilst taking an alternative view at how support is provided. Their efforts are sector leading and recognised and observed by CQC and local authorities who provide most of the funding for care packages.
In response to the changing landscape across the learning disability sector, they have developed their business strategy. This provides a framework for how they run their business support activities, processes and systems.
As an established charity dedicated to empowering people with learning disabilities to live the best life possible, they're now embarking on an innovative, new project that will challenge and revolutionise the way support is designed and delivered.
They are committed to improving the outcomes for those they support by investing in their staff. In 2017, they launched the Graduate Trainee Expert Practitioner Model (GTEP) in a supported living service for young adults with very complex needs and challenging behaviour.
