This well respected University are looking for a communications professional to come and join their development team to cover for a maternity leave. Within this role you can look forward to working closely with the Head of Constituency Engagement to lead and continue the development of their communications strategy, to strengthen their engagement with key stakeholders. Line managing 1 person, you play a crucial role in engaging with a variety of stakeholders, such as alumni, friends, formal staff, prospects, donors, corporations and trusts and foundations, with the view to cultivating support for the university. You will be leading on the face to face engagement with these key stakeholders and use a variety of communications channels to effectively engage with key people.

The ideal candidate will:

Be an experience communications and stakeholder engagement professional
Have a strong track record in the development and implementation of marketing and communications strategies
Have a strong writing ability
Have experience and be confident in face to face engagement
