Gingerbread is delivering a contract with the Big Lottery and European Social Fund (ESF) to support 500 single parents across Kent and Essex into sustainable employment. The purpose of the Working Forward programme is to assist single parents back into the labour market by providing parents with specifically tailored services. These include: engagement, assessment, employability skills, advice and guidance, signposting, vocational courses, job search, interviews and in work support.

We are recruiting a Finance Claims Officer to assist the Claims Manager and Finance Manager to manage and review invoices and payments in relation to the Working Forward Programme.

We’ll look to you to process a volume of invoices and claims; helping to ensure that documentation meets the requirement of the programme contracts and guidance. You will also create a strong audit trail and ensure that claims are managed, reported, and submitted accurately and on time.
