Big Lottery Building Better Opportunities – Lone Parents into Work Contract

Gingerbread is delivering a contract with the Big Lottery and European Social Fund (ESF) to support 500 single parents across Kent and Essex into sustainable employment. The purpose of the Working Forward programme is to assist single parents back into the labour market by providing parents with specifically tailored services. These include: engagement, assessment, employability skills, advice and guidance, signposting, vocational courses, job search, interviews and in work support.

We are recruiting a Programme Administrator to assist the Service Delivery Manager, Claims Manager, and delivery team to carry out administration tasks to support the delivery of the programme with a focus on monitoring, collating paperwork, quality checking, and producing management information reports for the quarterly returns to the Big Lottery.
