Prospectus is pleased to support a leading London-based charity who enable adults with learning disabilities and autism to achieve their potential and lead fulfilling lives as they seek to recruit a Head of Major Gifts. This role is offered on a six month contract basis, and will be responsible for the major donor campaign for a major new project.

As the organisation grows and expands its support, they are seeking new facilities to enable them to reach as many people as possible. The Head of Major Gifts will oversee the major donor cycle in its entirety, including recruiting and stewarding new donors, managing current relationships and delivering innovative and effective marketing and communications materials. The charity has a small but dedicated fundraising team, and the Head of Major Gifts will also have the opportunity to get involved with other aspects of the project’s fundraising.

Our client is looking for an experienced major donor fundraising professional, with a strong track record of working on successful campaigns. The right individual will be someone creative and innovative, with a strategic approach to building a pipeline of prospects and able to work collaboratively to achieve ambitious targets.
