Are you a self-motivated and sharp minded individual with experience of providing leadership to a Provide leadership to a customer-focused team?

We're looking for an End User Computing Manager within our Technology department to...

  • Design, develop, implement, support and manage all EUC environments (mobile devices, laptop, desktop and associated tools and desktop software)
  • Ensure collaborative management of the wider team and to resolve issues across the function and more broadly within Technology; contribute to functional strategy
  • Provide effective day to day management of third party vendor accounts, including licence management and ensuring maximum benefit is delivered to the charity
  • Provide technical guidance to End User Computing (EUC) team, holding the team to account to, and driving the development of, technical product roadmaps.

You will be responsible for ensuring End User Computing operates within agreed Operating Level Agreements (OLAs), and that incidents and customer technical issues are managed in a customer-focused manner.

  • Experience of managing, inspiring, engaging and motivating a technical team and colleagues to achieve excellent results in a user focused environment
  • Ability to communicate and advocate the Technology Services vision and strategy within the department and across the organisation
  • Experience of managing significant budgets
  • In-depth experience of: Windows Operating systems (7, 8 & 10), SCCM, Intune, App-V, XenApp, MS Direct Access, Office 365, Browsers (Chrome, Edge and IE), Adobe Creative Cloud, A.D. & Group Policies
