- Design, develop, implement, support and manage all EUC environments (mobile devices, laptop, desktop and associated tools and desktop software)
- Ensure collaborative management of the wider team and to resolve issues across the function and more broadly within Technology; contribute to functional strategy
- Provide effective day to day management of third party vendor accounts, including licence management and ensuring maximum benefit is delivered to the charity
- Provide technical guidance to End User Computing (EUC) team, holding the team to account to, and driving the development of, technical product roadmaps.
- Experience of managing, inspiring, engaging and motivating a technical team and colleagues to achieve excellent results in a user focused environment
- Ability to communicate and advocate the Technology Services vision and strategy within the department and across the organisation
- Experience of managing significant budgets
- In-depth experience of: Windows Operating systems (7, 8 & 10), SCCM, Intune, App-V, XenApp, MS Direct Access, Office 365, Browsers (Chrome, Edge and IE), Adobe Creative Cloud, A.D. & Group Policies
