The Society of Analytical Psychology (SAP) is a professional membership organisation for Jungian analysts and psychotherapists. With a worldwide reputation and representing a broad synthesis of a range of psychoanalytical ideas, the SAP is structured into four departments: Training; the Clinic; Membership; and Education.

The SAP is now seeking a CEO to professionally lead the organisation and sustain its position as a leading advocate for Jungian thought and practice in the UK and worldwide. Key tasks will be financial management, profile raising, ensuring the SAP's structure is fit for purpose and increasing the use of digital in the provision of information.

A self-motivated professional with senior level experience, preferably from a membership body, you will have broad experience across a number of functions including finance, compliance, membership and marketing. Whilst an understanding of the broad world of analysis and psychotherapy would be beneficial, the Trustees are seeking someone with proven leadership and management skills, an ability to motivate and inspire, and an entrepreneurial streak to take the organisation forward.
