The client is a leading University with campuses across London. They are looking for an Events Officer to deliver professional events for the University, with a specific focus on open days and student recruitment.
Description
The Events Officer will take responsibility across the following key areas:
- Providing support for the delivery of University events.
- Working in partnership with numerous teams and student ambassadors across all areas of the University.
- Ensure that the event content is on brand.
- Liaise with external and internal stakeholders.
- Working on events specifically linked to university open days and student recruitment.
Profile
The candidate that secures this position will bring the following skills and attributes:
- Minimum 18 months live experience in events.
- Experience of running and planning events.
- Ability to prioritise and manage workload.
- Excellent team working skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Understand the planning and delivery of marketing events.
Desirable:
- Higher education experience.
- Hands on event planning and execution.
- Exposure to channels, such as CRM useful.
- Project management experience.
Job Offer
- 4 month rolling contract paid on a daily rate.
