- Provide full network support to IT Services and business colleagues.
- Carry out agreed system hardware and software maintenance tasks to support the smooth running of the technologies and assist colleagues.
- Respond to enquiries from users, specialists and others and take appropriate action within defined area of specialism to deal with processing priorities, running tests, facilitating and overseeing installation, removal, upgrading and repair of equipment.

Now we need a Network Analysts with core Cisco Networking experience and assist the Network Manager in the operation and management of the IT Network Infrastructure (including LAN, WAN, SAN, cabling, remote access and security) to agreed service levels. Attend to ticket system queues, categorising and prioritising items in the queues and resolving technical queries or problems with assistance from other members of the team where necessary.

- Basic understanding of LAN/ WAN / SAN Administration.
- Proficiency in the use of Routing, Switching, IP Protocols, FC, FCoE, DNS, DHCP etc.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to take responsibility for resolving problems and experience of applying problem root cause analysis techniques.
- Exposure to as many as possible of the following technologies: Cisco networking hardware, Cisco Wireless Networking, Cisco Prime, Cisco Storage Area Networking (MDS/Nexus), Checkpoint and Juniper firewalls, RSA, VPN, IDS/IPS and Stealth watch.
