Our client, a major international development charity which supports children, is looking for an Evidence, Leaning and Impact Manager to lead on and strengthen the organisation's evidence, learning and impact assessment work within project design and outcome.

The post holder will lead the implementation of organisational MEAL frameworks and provide technical support and guidance to programme teams. They will develop a beneficiary feedback approach and support and coordinate organisation-wide evaluations, impact assessments and a Value for Money Approach. This will also include networking, influencing and managing relationships with key partners and stakeholders working on MEAL.

The right candidate will have substantial experience of monitoring and evaluating rights-based projects and programmes in international development, preferably with experience in one or more of the following areas: voice and accountability, gender, violence against women and girls, disaster risk reduction, education, economic security, or sexual and reproductive health. You will have experience of adapting analytical tools to challenging contexts as well as developing systems for, and building capacity in, MEAL at project, programme and organisation-wide levels. Finally, you will have experience of reporting findings to a variety of target audiences as well as previous experience of line management.
