They are currently seeking a Graduate Recruitment Officer to join their award winning team who are responsible for sourcing, selecting and hiring people who have the potential to become excellent social workers.

As their Graduate Recruitment Officer, you will be responsible for increasing the awareness of their Frontline programme and will work to promote a career in social work as the prestigious profession it is. Representing one of the top 30 graduate employers in the country, you will develop relationships with key stakeholders including university career services, faculties and societies to target and promote their programmes to university graduates. With ownership over a specific region in the country, you will be at the forefront of the organisation and will be targeted in delivering events and presentations that will broaden the awareness and increase the appeal of social work to individuals who may not have considered this fulfilling career as an option to them.

To be successful, you will have demonstrable confidence in public speaking and possess previous experience of turning strategic ideas into a reality. You will be ambitious in targeting and approaching talented graduates and have previous experience of engaging and developing relationships with organisations and/or groups that have positively contributed to the growth and development of an organisation focused on positive societal change. Experience and/or understanding of the social care sector is not essential, however the commitment to transforming the lives of the most vulnerable children and families in society is.
