About the role
We have big plans for the future, and you will be a key driver in the implementation of new technology and the improvement of our service delivery model whilst taking responsibility for controlling IT budgets and suppliers.
You'll build relationships with our staff and residents and as this role will grow in line with our business, we are looking for a creative and ambitious Business IT Manager to lead that change.
As the successful applicant, you'll have previously worked in a similarly diverse environment. You will be comfortable managing projects and holding responsibility for IT budgets. In line with improving our service delivery you'll have previous experience of managing 3rd parties and implementing internal processes. This role would suit a professional with hands on experience – ideally you will have a computer or information system related degree or equivalent business experience – in Cyber Essentials and GDPR, knowledge of LAN networks, knowledge and experience of Windows operating systems, business critical supplier management, incident and problem management, leading or managing a project, and operational support of business critical systems.
We're offering a truly exciting opportunity with a respected, growing organisation who are excellent at what we do. You'll be offered a competitive salary, benefits and the opportunity to impact a growing organisation. You'll be supported with a closely-knit management team and cutting edge systems and technology, based in a picturesque working environment.
