Hours: 37.5 hours per week

About the role: 

This is a rare and amazing opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to lead an established team of professionals to deliver a business-critical Salesforce project for one of the most well-known paediatric hospital charities in the world. This role will lead matrix teams from across the organisation through the project lifecycle, proactively managing risk, addressing issues, reporting progress and tracking the budget to ensure deliverables are effectively met. 

The project team is comprised of business analysts, developers and QA tester, and operates as part of a wider Salesforce team that includes a product owner and change manager. This team of highly skilled individuals operate as a virtual team but with a good deal of the resource located in house, in their London based office. They work in an Agile environment to deliver high quality features, enhancements and updates to our Salesforce platform. 

About the Team: 

The project team is comprised of this project manager position, business analysts and a QA tester, and forms part of a wider Salesforce team that includes an in-house product owner and change manager. This group of highly skilled individuals, all based in their London office, also works alongside external developers and other third party providers as a virtual team. They work in an Agile environment to deliver high quality features, enhancements and updates to our Salesforce platform. 

About You 

The successful candidate will have experience managing virtual teams, delivering large scale projects, and managing multiple programmes of work within complex reporting structures. They are looking for someone who is flexible in their approach and who can effectively communicate and engage with people at all levels within the charity. Ideally, you will also have practical experience working with the Salesforce platform.

Without donations, they can’t help fund ground-breaking research, advanced equipment, child and family support services, and the rebuilding and refurbishment of wards and medical facilities.
