This well respected charity works with individuals who are socially excluded for a variety of reasons. The charity deals with a range of issues including  homelessness, mental health, alcohol and drug misuse, the criminal justice, to name  a few. Never has there been a greater need for its services. 

This role would suit a professional with experience of stakeholder engagement, income generation and partnership building with social enterprises, in addition to working with grants at both a strategic and operational level.

This is a key role within this small charity which punches well above its weight. There are wonderful opportunities waiting for the right candidate as it approaches its 25th anniversary. It is financially stable and the staff team are dedicated, hardworking, passionate and committed.

If you consider yourself to be creative, entrepreneurial proactive, strategic, and hands on when it comes to using your business development skills to effect change for people facing severe social exclusion we would really like to hear from you as a key remit for the role is to lead on income generation through both grants fundraising and social enterprise. 
You will need to be able to demonstrate sound writing skills too as you will be developing persuasive proposals for both grants and commercial bids. Equally important will be your ability to work across an organisation and to be an ambassador externally. Relationship building is key.
