Our client is looking for two additional Employee Relations Advisors to join their existing team to provide support advice and guidance to managers on the full range of issues including disciplinary, grievance, performance management and absence.

Contract: Fixed Term until 31 March 2020

Joining a committed team of ER Advisors you will have experience of working in HR preferably in an advisory capacity. You will have a clear understanding of ER policies, procedures and processes and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills enabling you to build positive and effective stakeholder relationships. Your organisational skills will support you in managing competing priorities and handling your caseload efficiently and effectively.
