Job Details
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive and results driven recruitment professional to join our talented team and play a lead role in providing an effective and cost efficient recruitment service to the nation's heart charity. Crucial to this continued success is the ability to recruit the right people to help drive the BHF's strategy.
Based in our London Head Office you'll work with the recruitment team to provide a first class service to both our internal and external stakeholders so you will have excellent communication skills & the ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of the business.
You'll provide coordination of day to day activities and practical guidance to hiring managers in order to assist them with their recruitment and ensure best practice and appropriate decision making.
You will also get to partake in exciting recruitment projects and campaigns.
About you
You will have proven experience of working in a client facing recruitment role (some preferably gained in an in-house role) and up to date knowledge of recruitment/employment law and best practice as well as an understanding of how to implement it in an in-house environment.
You should also be able to demonstrate excellent organisation and customer relationship skills as well as a focus on results and detail.
With excellent attention to detail & strong time management skills you will be proficient with MS Office and have experience using an application tracking system (ATS).
