Zero hours contract- hours may vary and include Saturdays or Sundays.

Location- Various (our current shops are in Watford, Garston, St Albans, Tudor, South Oxhey, Borehamwood, Rickmansworth, Bushey and Chorleywood).

If you want to work with a great retail team but with hours to suit you, then we’re looking for a reliable Relief Manager to support our retail operation.

You will work closely with our Retail Operations Manager and be provided with full training to run the day-to-day activities of any given shop.

To succeed in the role, you will need to:

…be proactive and committed – to ensure the smooth running of whichever shop you are required to support.

…have good numeracy and literacy – with the ability to follow processes and procedures and with a target driven approach.

…be a great communicator – to be able to provide excellent customer service and to work with our staff and volunteers.

....enjoy working in a retail environment – and be committed to our hospice values.
