The Organisation
WWF Singapore is a leading international conservation organisation and has the largest fundraising organisation in the global WWF network. WWF Singapore has a focus on delivering corporate responsibility partnerships, individual/major donor fundraising and community engagement for WWF’s priority conservation activities in Singapore and the rest of WWF’s global network.
The Role
Reporting to the Individual Giving Manager, you will be the custodian of WWF's donor data, having primary responsibility for the maintenance and facilitation of the data to be used by a wide range of internal stakeholders. You will implement their Raiser’s Edge donor/customer management system and maintain data quality, integrity and security, producing reports, analysing and interpreting data, as well as reconciling information with the finance department. Ideally you have held a position within a best practice data driven customer service or fundraising team.
Skills Required
You will have previous experience working in a sophisticated data-driven environment with an INGO, large domestic charity, university or in a commercial environment. Advanced knowledge of Raiser’s Edge, Salesforce or similar CRM system is essential.
Visa sponsorship and relocation assistance will be provided to the successful candidate.
