Receptionist

Harris Hill are delighted to be recruiting a Temporary Receptionist for a fantastic animal charity based in London. This is a one month long commitment reporting directly into the Office Manager.

Please note that this vacancy is for an immediate start.

Key responsibilities:

• Support the administrative function of the organisation
• Support the office manager with managing the day-to-day tasks in the office
• Act as the first point of contact for visitors and callers
• Provide assistance to the supporter care team
• Liaise with the Finance department on invoice queries relating to the role

Essential criteria:

• Educated to degree level or the equivalent experience
• Previous experience in a front of house administration or reception role
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
