Prospectus is delighted to be partnering with a leading organisation that supports musicians from starting out through to retirement. This organisation is approaching its centenary and is looking to grow and diversify its income generation initiatives. They are currently searching for their new Fundraising Appeals Officer on a permanent basis.

The Fundraising Appeals Officer will be responsible for managing donor and supporter data and working with a large portfolio of individual donors who are highly engaged and supportive of the organisation. The Officer will work directly with the Fundraising Director to think creatively around marketing campaigns, donors asks and a busy calendar of fundraising appeals that will be communicated to a wide audience of supporters. The Officer will also be responsible for eventually managing the full segmentation of donors and liaising with the Programmes Team to design suitable beneficiary stories across a range of topics.

The selected candidate will have a strong understanding of individual giving and direct marketing best practice and will be comfortable working with large sets of personal data. You will be comfortable working to shifting project deadlines and priorities and will be dedicated to excellent donor and supporter communication.
