Head of Fundraising (Supporter Development) 

Today, 11 children and young people in the UK hear the shocking news they have cancer. Our client is the UK’s leading cancer charity for children and young people, and their families, and provides them with clinical, practical, emotional and financial support. You can be a part of helping them cope with cancer and get the most out of life. 

Position: Head of Supporter Development 
Location: Flexible; London or Bristol 
Job Type: Full time, 12 month contract 
Hours: 35 hours per week 
Salary: London £44,800 per annum, Bristol £42,330 per annum 

Closing Date: 31 July 2018 

As the Head of Supporter Development, you will be responsible for developing and delivering a range of income generation programmes (including in aid of support, regional corporate partnerships, fundraising groups, legacy promotion and volunteering) through your multi-disciplinary team, in order to maximise long-term supporter engagement, growth, and life-time value. 

As a key senior leader within the chairty you will have strong and confident leadership and management skills and an ability to inspire and drive change through your team. You will be an experienced programme manager, with extensive experience of developing fundraising growth programmes and applying audience insight to developing programmes and approaches. You'll be adept at working effectively across a range of fundraising disciplines and managing a broad range of stakeholder relationships.
