Our Executive Assistants are central to how we deliver impact and influence for children. In this role, you will work with our Chief Operating Officer who is responsible for four functions: finance; information; people and strategy, knowledge and information.  This is one of three EA/PA roles currently available at Unicef UK.

You will provide seamless secretarial and administrative support to the Chief Operating Officer and you will work with the other Executive Assistants to set and provide a high standard of support to the whole Executive team. This includes the full spectrum of administration responsibilities, secretarial support and project coordination.

To succeed, you will have significant experience of providing high level administration support at senior management or board level, including complex diary management, planning and coordinating major meetings and events. Organised and proactive, you will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing conflicting priorities and competing demands. You will be a confident communicator, able to develop positive relationships with external contacts and partners, inspiring trust and confidence.

This role is currently based in Farringdon.  From late August 2018, Unicef UK will relocate to Stratford (zone 2).  Our new offices will be close to the new Crossrail station and the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. Stratford is also served by the Jubilee and Central Lines, DLR, London Overground, TFL Rail and National Rail services.
