We have a fantastic opportunity to join our CRM and Data team as a OneCRM Support Assistant. In this role you'll assist the OneCRM database helpdesk in their effort to provide efficient, effective and relevant system support to all users and be responsible for running regular jobs and housekeeping.

About you

You'll have a high degree of computer literacy as well as excellent communication, time management and problem solving skills. With a desire to build successful working relationships with colleagues you'll ensure everyone gets the most from our CRM system.

You will be a strong team player, willing to get involved with tasks that arise from the OneCRM Support Helpdesk as well as be responsible for your own regular workload. You'll have experience of planning and prioritising your own work whilst also having a flexible approach. You will also have an interest in learning more about CRM databases and how they're used in a fundraising environment.
