Job Details
Working closely with the Project Manager you will assist with the planning, organising, monitoring and delivery of this highly sensitive project. You will act as the first point of contact for internal and external customers and manage the publication of templates, guidelines and other project documents.
Ideally you will have strong HR background with proven understanding of employment law and complex employee relations issues including redundancies.
Experience of 'offshoring' roles or services would also be relevant.
An ability to work in complete confidence needs to be combined with a diplomatic/persuasive operating style. You must also have a track record of liaising with senior level stakeholders.
