E-Learning Designer / Instructional Designer 

Our client is a professional body and trade union and is the leading organisation of nutrition professionals in the UK; representing the nutrition and dietetic workforce across all sectors. 

Position: E-Learning Development Officer 
Location: Central Birmingham 
Job Type: Full Time, 2-year Fixed Term Contract 
Hours: 36 hours per week. They may also consider flexible working, job share, or part-time. 
Salary: £28,876 to £33,108 per annum depending on experience

About the role: 

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an E-learning Development Officer to join our client Education and Professional Development Team, initially on a 2-year fixed term contract, based at their Head Office in Birmingham but with some UK travel. 

They cover all aspects of professional practice including education, policy development, research, post graduate development, online learning and CPD. They are also committed to delivering, effective member engagement and communication, a strong social media presence, and public facing initiatives such as "Let's Get Cooking". 

A key responsibility will be to storyboard and create e-learning content using Articulate Storyline, maintaining and growing their online library - whilst also being involved in media production, including videos, webinars and podcasts. 

About you: 

They are looking for someone who understands the instructional design process, can think creatively and bring digital learning content to life.
