£41,235.65 per annum
Permanent, Full Time
Working with our client you can really make a difference to people’s lives and improve local communities. As a Support and Integration Manager you’ll lead on developing an improved support and wellbeing service, helping their residents to improve their quality of life and feeling of community.
As an innovative provider of housing and community services, they manage more than 12,000 homes and provide life-changing opportunities across Manchester. They do things differently here. They don’t just talk about building stronger communities, they go out there and make things happen. As part of their friendly team, you’ll deliver excellent support, well-being and older people’s services, developing close working relationships with other health, local authority and 3rd sector organisations to improve the health outcomes for their communities.
Your role will involve building fantastic relationships with their communities and working with them to achieve success. You will be innovative in your approach, identifying new opportunities and improving services. Collaborative working will be key and you will work with both internal and external partners to shape their approach to homelessness and their offer for older people. A talented leader, you’ll also inspire and develop your teams.
