Our client is the UK's leading dementia charity. They provide information and support, improve care, fund research, and create lasting change for people affected by dementia.
Position: PA/Coordinator to Director of Policy, Campaigns and Partnerships
Location: 43-44 Crutched Friars, London EC3N 2AE
Contract type: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: 35 per week
Salary: £29,281 per annum (actual)

About the role:
This post reports to the Director of Policy, Campaigns and Partnerships and is a member of the Policy, Campaigns and Partnerships.
This is a crucial and central role, as well as providing PA support to the director and administrative support to the wider directorate, this role will work alongside colleagues in various Policy, Campaigns and Partnerships teams to coordinate the work of the directorate and supports cross directorate working. This role will support the culture and development of a large team and be a key contact across the directorate.
About you:
They are looking for someone with demonstrable experience in a PA or administrative role. You will have excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, experience of arranging/coordinating meetings, conferences and events.
You will have experience of diary and correspondence management, with the ability to craft responses to enquiries, both internal and external, from limited information. You will also have excellent prioritisation skills and be able to track multiple conversations and projects. You must have excellent attention to detail and excellent word processing and excel skills.
You will have empathy for the rights and aspirations of people living with dementia and those who care for them.
